Initial Assessment
This will include a case history, assessment and discussion with parents/carers. Initial assessments generally last between 1 and 2 hours but this can vary depending on the assessment needs. We can discuss an estimate of the time needed when booking. Time will be rounded up to the nearest half an hour.
£70 per hour
Therapy
Therapy sessions last up to one hour. The time will consist of therapy with the child, advice and feedback for parents/carers.

Travel costs
There will be no charge for mileage unless the round trip exceeds 20 miles from IP14 5PB.
For journeys exceeding this, there will be a £0.50 a mile charge. All mileage is calculated using GoogleMaps.
Payment terms
Payment is requested by cash or BACS at time of treatment or sessions can be invoiced. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Notification of a cancelled session must be received by 7pm the previous day or you will be required to pay the cost of the session. This is also the case for missed appointments - if I come to see your child at home or in their education setting
and they are not available the full cost of the session is payable plus any applicable mileage charges . It is parents responsibility to inform me of any absences. If for any reason I have to cancel an appointment with you this will be done as soon as possible and your session re-organised at a convenient time.
